The Takacat T300S is a 3.0 m closed-bow inflatable catamaran for owners who want a compact yacht or powerboat tender, and for couples who want a portable boat that lives in a motorhome, ute or cockpit locker. It carries 4 people or 367 kg, weighs about 32 kg, and packs into two bags roughly 1.0 × 0.4 × 0.3 m. Setup is around 10 minutes.

Looking for or a yacht or powerboat tender?
The T300S is the Sport model most owners choose when storage and lifting weight matter. The closed bow keeps spray and boarding chop off guests and gear. The catamaran hull stays level when someone steps aboard from a swim platform or pontoon. The open transom drains rainwater while the boat is in davits or on deck. Row it with the supplied oars if you do not want to start an outboard in a quiet anchorage.

For camping, motorhome and fishing.
Two compact bags fit a van locker or trailer box. Launch off a beach or ramp, fish two adults in comfort, and pack it away when you drive on. A 2–3 hp petrol or electric outboard is enough for harbour work; a 6 hp four-stroke is the usual “get there and fish” match (around 10–11 knots with a light load).

 

Shallow draft and a rigid air deck make it a stable casting platform compared with a conventional monohull inflatable.

Choose T300S if you have tight locker space, usually run 1–3 people, and want the security of a closed bow.
Look at T340S if you regularly take a third adult, more fishing gear, or want a roomier RV boat.

 

Ideal power is 4 to 9.9 two stroke or a 6hp four stroke.  Or if speed is not a concern 2hp to 3hp petrol or electric.  A 2hp electric outboard give around 4knots.  a 6hp hour stroke as pictured gives 10 to 11knots.
